SHIPPING: Domestic orders over $100 include free shipping with discount code. All other countries shipping prices will be automatically calculated at checkout. All duties and tariffs for individual countries will be the buyers responsibility. If the address given to The Rustic Ranch Boutique was incorrect and returned, the customer will be responsible for providing The Rustic Ranch Boutique with the correct address. The Rustic Ranch Boutique is not responsible for the additional shipping costs. If for any reason, the package is refused, the amount of return shipment will be deducted from the buyers refund. All shipments will be sent with tracking numbers via UPS or USPS. Once tracking has started and a package has been confirmed as in transit, it is not the responsibility of The Rustic Ranch Boutique. If tracking confirms the package was delivered, but the customer claims they don't have it, it is not the responsibility of The Rustic Ranch Boutique. Stolen packages are not the responsibility of The Rustic Ranch Boutique. All products will be shipped within 3-5 business days (unless otherwise stated in product description).
Incorrect Shipping Address: In the event the package is sent back because of an error in address submitted to The Rustic Ranch Boutique, the payment for the re-shipment of the package will be the customer's responsibility.
RETURNS: Returns are welcomed and accepted within 14 days of purchase date or store's ship date (whichever is later). Items purchased with a discount code, on sale, or clearance are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or return. Items can be returned for in store credit only. We cannot issue refunds. Items must be in un-used, un-washed condition, with original tags. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Customer is also responsible for shipping costs on exchanges. Original shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. Please allow 10 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse. If an exchange is needed, we encourage you to place a new order for the item(s) needed due to limited inventory.

If, in our sole discretion, we believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or you have opted into the program for an ulterior purpose, we may refuse you access to the Program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
